Shipping

We currently ship anywhere within the continental United States via USPS. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.

Free shipping on orders over $60. Flat rate shipping is $8 for orders under $60.

Please note: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Money-Back Guarantee

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty and personal care products — including single-use foot masks and face masks — we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at info@maskory.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily provide a full refund or send a replacement.
