Refund policy

At Maskory, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we ship locally from our U.S. fulfillment center, we strive to make our return process clear and straightforward.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition (including all packaging).

Important Note: Due to the hygienic nature of our single-use foot masks, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@maskory.com. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement to make it right.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@maskory.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address of our U.S. warehouse.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the actual shipping costs for "change of mind" returns. There are no restocking fees ($0.00).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
